Yes and no. Firstly our leggings are true to size. If for example you are a small in other brands, then we recommend staying with this size. As the majority are our seamless leggings are high waisted with a secure waistband, if you size down you get a tighter fit with your waistband. Need that extra pull? Size down. 

The Men's tees have been carefully engineered to emphasis your workout pump. With a slightly looser fit around your chest and tighter trim on your arms, the men's tees emphasise your physique. 

Good question. The women's collection are fitted and created solely for women. However, when it comes to the men's collection they are bigger sizes and if you want a baggy/ loose fit you can rock the men's hoodies for that over-sized look.

Half of our sports bralettes are padded and the other half are not. We provide a good mix of both. If padded is your thing, simply check out the product description and see if your favourite product is right for you.
